How to make payments at HRS service provider outlets

• Visit nearest store with HRS Service. (Click here to find the list of HRS Service Provider Outlets.)
• Provide bill details, such as bill type and amount to be paid
• Payment Location Clerk enters the required details, re-checks the same with customer and after confirmation executes the transaction
• This data is verified and an indication is sent to the POS machine/PC for receipt generation
• Payment Location Clerk provides the authorized receipt to the customer
• Customer verifies the details provided on the receipt and pays the amount mentioned
